Well, the best thing you can do when it comes to body art, like tattoo's, is to have a brainstorming with the artist of your choice.
Print some designs like the one you saw on my gallery, if he is good enough (be sure to choose an experienced and skilled artist so you won't regret for the rest of your life) he will certainly draw you something very similar using the text you chose.
